At Hokashoes, we try our best to provide our customers full satisfaction with their purchases. We are not happy with your order, we are here to help you. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, the product you purchased must be used. The product must be in the same condition that you received.
  • The product should be in its original packing.

Product Returns Process

  • Contact Us: Contact our customer support team at “conatct@hokashoes.org” within 30 days of receiving your product. After that, provide your order number and a valid reason to return it.
  • Return Authorization. Our team will review your request and when your request is approved, our team will send you a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Packaging: Try to pack the product in its original packaging and include a copy of the order confirmation and packing slip.
  • Shipping: We will provide you with a shipping address with an RA number. Ship the product to the given address.

Refund Process

  • You will get your refund payment within 7 days after we receive the item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, then immediately contact us. We will replace the item and send it to you.
